Richard Green, Executive Chef for Rosewood Corniche, has more than 20 years experience in luxury hotels and resorts. In his current role he will oversee the entire culinary direction for all of the Rosewood Corniche restaurants, including the acclaimed Ginza i Chome, Noodles, Habsburg, and the luxury private dining suites.
Chef Green has worked in some of the world's finest luxury hotels, most recently the Sonaisali Island Resport in the Fiji Islands. His training and subsequent posts throughout Australia and the South Pacific have given him a wealth of talent across a vast array of cuisine including Japanese, Italian and Polynesian.
